He's flat out, fully in the zone. Not only the best Perez set I've heard, but one of the best sets ever. Up there with Andy C '06 and AMC's recent classics set. Very different style of mixing but Perez fucking slays with his switches and selections.

Such an interesting time for electronic music. this is the decade that dubstep separated from speed garage and became a contender to DnB. Absolutely revolutionary for it's time; you can still hear the same stylistic choices to this day in modern riddim or dnb
bewildering comment tbh... dubstep and speed garage were somehow not separate 10 years ago? if you'd said that in 2010 it might have made a little sense... but still strange to single out speed garage, one of dubsteps many influences and far from the main one
during the past decade "dubstep became a contender to dnb"? dubstep has had a strong following since much before that and idk what the "contention" is
"revolutionary for its time"? what does that mean? one says that about things that are done and finished... and this video in particular shows that is not the case for either genre
